Despite companies focusing more on diversity/equity/inclusion, professionals of color are continuing to hit the ‘Concrete Ceiling’ as they rise in their careers.  As a result this can often result in fewer opportunities, frustration and exhaustion. This is a supportive structured program for professionals of color (Asian/Pacific Islander, Black/African-American, Latinx + Native American), to ground themselves in their power and purpose, learn skills to enhance leadership ability, take charge of career growth, and manage the toll of dealing with racism in professional spaces.  The structured program is geared towards emerging and mid-career professionals.  For more details, please contact us.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) Intensive

Looking to better understand and/or lead regarding DEI in the workplace?

This is an innovative structured program designed for leaders and other professionals to better understand DEI within their organizations, increase awareness and knowledge of DEI more generally, and understand how ones identities influence professional spaces.  This includes a safe space to ask questions and discuss controversial issues they normally might be hesitant to talk about.  This is toward the goal of DEI in professional spaces and/or communities. 

This structured program includes:

  • Unpacking your identity and the influence on others
  • Examining racism at the individual and systemic levels
  • Opportunities to ask questions and discuss controversial topics around race
  • Development of a personal blueprint to drive DEI change
