Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) Intensive
Looking to better understand and/or lead regarding DEI in the workplace?
This is an innovative structured program designed for leaders and other professionals to better understand DEI within their organizations, increase awareness and knowledge of DEI more generally, and understand how ones identities influence professional spaces. This includes a safe space to ask questions and discuss controversial issues they normally might be hesitant to talk about. This is toward the goal of DEI in professional spaces and/or communities.
This structured program includes:
- Unpacking your identity and the influence on others
- Examining racism at the individual and systemic levels
- Opportunities to ask questions and discuss controversial topics around race
- Development of a personal blueprint to drive DEI change
